Next Working Day Delivery

  • Minimum order value = £15.00.
  • Delivery is WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS 8am to 6pm. (*Our couriers achieve 95% compliance so we cannot guarantee 100% success. If orders are time critical please order in good time)
  • Working days = Monday to Friday and excludes Bank Holidays
  • Orders must be received before 2pm on working days
  • Orders received after 2pm are deemed as received the following working day
  • Orders between 2pm on Friday to Monday 4pm are delivered on Tuesday
  • You may specify a different delivery date on the Delivery Address page

Delivery prices cover orders up to 20kg. If your order weight significantly exceeds this we may contact you for a supplementary payment of 50p per kilo when over this threshold. Product weights are shown on our site map.

Should a delivery post code prove not to be financially viable Online Boxes reserves the right to decline the order and refund the full payment.

Should a client incorrectly identify their delivery region and process an order Online Boxes reluctantly reserves the right to cancel the order and charge £7.50 for administration of any refund of any refund

Ordering process

Please place your order online via our shop. We will send a confirmation of your order to your email address once payment has been processed. If you need to make corrections to your order please contact us as soon as possible so this can be accommodated before despatch.

Receiving your Delivery

Deliveries must be signed for unless at the checkout page you provide instructions about where to leave your order. You will then be liable for the security of the delivered parcels

Delivery Problems

Almost all deliveries arrive on time, complete and without damage!

If you do experience a problem, i.e. if the order is damaged or incomplete, so we can persue it you MUST mark this on the carrier’s paperwork and advise us within 24hours of the problem using our online form or by phone. We can then work to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Our carriers will not accept liability for in-transit damage or missing items unless advised to them on delivery paperwork at the time you sign for the delivery – so please do try to have items signed for. We investigate all reported problems same or next day.

Returning Goods and Cancellation

As a customer you have the right to cancel your contract within 7 working days of receipt of the goods ordered (under the Distance Selling Regulations). You must take care of the goods whilst in your possession and return them at your own cost in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund. If you require Online Boxes to arrange collection on your behalf you will be charged for the cost and notified at the time. You must inform us of the cancellation of the contract by email to

Standard delivery charges are for Mainland England, Wales and Scotland post codes.

We are unable to service Scottish Highlands: Post Codes – IV, KW1-14, PA34, PA37-39, PH19-26, PH30-40, PH41 sector 4 and PH49-50.

We are also unable to service Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.
